A. Purpose of This Agreement These terms apply to individuals who introduce potential projects or service opportunities to OTS Concierge RRH™ through referrals. The RRH system is designed as a service-hour-based acknowledgment, not as a cash commission or percentage-based fee.
B. Referral Qualification A referral is considered valid only when all of the following conditions are met:
The referred client enters into an actual service or project agreement with OTS.
The project or service officially commences.
The client is not an existing OTS client or part of an ongoing project.
C. RRH as Referral Acknowledgment
Referral acknowledgment is provided in the form of RRH (Reserved Reward Hold).
RRH represents service hours only and has no cash value.
RRH may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or exchanged for monetary compensation.
D. RRH Allocation Timing & Amount
RRH is allocated only after the referred project or service has officially commenced.
The amount of RRH is determined at OTS’s sole discretion, based on project scope, nature, and collaboration context.
RRH allocation is not guaranteed and does not constitute an obligation.
E. RRH Usage Limitations
RRH may be used for: General labor support, on-site assistance, and non-licensed trade services.
RRH may not be used for: Material costs, licensed electrical, plumbing, gas, or permit-required work, and third-party vendor fees.
F. Validity Period RRH is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Unused RRH will automatically expire after this period without notice.
G. Records & Dispute Resolution
RRH usage records are based on OTS internal system records.
Each RRH usage will be confirmed in writing or electronically.
In case of dispute, the most recent mutually confirmed record shall prevail.
H. Disclaimer & Terms of Service All labor services redeemed using RRH points (including, but not limited to, repairs, installations, adjustments, etc.) are provided as exclusive member rewards. OTS does not provide any additional after-sales warranty for services rendered through RRH point redemption. Should you require standard warranty coverage for a specific project, please proceed with the service via standard cash or electronic payment methods.
I. Right of Interpretation OTS reserves the right to interpret, adjust, modify, or terminate the RRH Referral system at its sole discretion, based on operational needs. This program is intended as a goodwill-based acknowledgment of trust and collaboration and does not constitute employment, partnership, or commission-based compensation.
A、條款目的 本條款適用於透過介紹（Referral）方式協助 OTS Concierge RRH™ 產生實際工程或服務機會之個人。本制度目的在於以「服務積分（RRH）」作為回饋機制，而非現金佣金或抽成。
B、介紹認定標準 以下條件同時成立時，該介紹方始被認定為有效介紹：
經介紹之客戶與 OTS 簽訂實際工程或服務協議
工程或服務已正式啟動
非 OTS 既有客戶或既有進行中項目
C、RRH 回饋形式
Referral 回饋以 RRH（Reserved Reward Hold）形式提供
RRH 為可兌換之服務積分，不具現金價值
RRH 不得要求折現、轉讓、出售或兌換為金錢
D、RRH 發放時點與數量
RRH 僅於工程或服務正式啟動後發放
RRH 數量由 OTS 視項目規模、性質及實際合作情況酌情決定
RRH 發放與否不構成任何保證或義務
E、RRH 使用限制
RRH 僅可用於以下項目：一般工務支援、現場協助、非專業執照工項之人工服務。
RRH 不適用於：材料費用、專業電工、水工、瓦斯或需政府執照之工項、第三方供應商費用。
F、有效期限 RRH 有效期限為自發放日起 12 個月，逾期未使用之 RRH 將自動失效，恕不另行通知。
G、紀錄與爭議處理
RRH 使用紀錄以 OTS 系統紀錄為準
每次 RRH 使用將以書面或電子方式確認
若有爭議，以最近一次經雙方確認之紀錄為最終依據
H、責任聲明 使用 RRH 積分兌換之所有工務服務（包括但不限於維修、安裝、調整等），均屬於會員專屬回饋性質，OTS 不對該兌換項目提供額外之售後保固責任。若該項目需享有標準保固，請以一般現金交易方式支付。
I、最終解釋權 OTS 保留對 RRH Referral 制度之最終解釋、調整及終止權利，並得視實際營運需求進行修改。本條款為善意合作與信任回饋之制度設計，非勞務僱傭、合夥或佣金關係。
